HRIS has a positive and significant effect on eSCMD. However, the direct relationship between EO and eSCMD is not supported. Indirectly, BCTAS mediates the relationship between EO and eSCMD, as well as EO and HRIS. HRIS also mediates the indirect relationship between BCTAS and eSCMD.

Blockchain technology and circular economy in the environment of total productive maintenance: a natural resource-based view perspective
