Students' Expectations and Students' Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Excellent Teacher Behaviors

Results showed that caring and supportive behaviors were the strongest predictors of student satisfaction, with the importance students placed on these behaviors mediating the relationship between teacher behaviors and satisfaction. Behaviors related to professional competency and communication skills also influenced student satisfaction to a lesser extent.
