Experimental and Numerical Dynamic Behavior of Bending-Torsion Coupled Box-Beam

Summary: This study investigates the dynamic behavior of the stiffened box-beam architecture, with selected optimal stiffener orientation to emphasize the bending-torsion coupling characteristics. Experimental validation and numerical simulation using finite-element method have been performed, showing good correlation in natural frequencies and specific coupling performance of this architecture.
