Energy conversion mechanisms of a seesaw-type energy harvester

Xiang Zhong et al.

Summary: This paper investigates a vibration energy harvester with bistable characteristics using a seesaw-type approach to enhance its low-frequency performance. Through establishing electromechanical coupling equations and conducting time-domain and frequency-domain analyses, it is found that the mechanical and electrical responses can be gradually enhanced within certain parameter ranges. Additionally, adjusting the position and length of the internal beam also affects the system's responses.
