Congenital Anomalies of the Ossicular Chain: Surgical and Audiological Outcomes

Summary: The study aimed to analyze the audiometric outcomes of middle ear surgery in patients with congenital middle ear anomalies. Short-term follow-up showed significant improvements in air conduction thresholds and air-bone gaps. Surgical goals were met by most patients without iatrogenic sensorineural hearing loss.
