Linking job crafting, innovation performance, and career satisfaction: The mediating role of work engagement

Summary: This article investigates how job crafting enhances work outputs (innovation performance and career satisfaction) through work engagement. The findings suggest that job crafting has both direct and indirect effects on innovation performance and career satisfaction, with a stronger mediating effect on innovation performance. The study recommends that managers should focus on employees' job crafting to improve work engagement and enhance innovation performance and career satisfaction in manufacturing organizations.

The psychological mechanism linking life satisfaction and turnover intention among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic

Summary: This paper examines the relationship between life satisfaction and turnover intention among healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings suggest that life satisfaction is positively associated with a trusting climate, which in turn is negatively related to turnover intention. The relationship between life satisfaction and turnover intention is moderated by job embeddedness.
