Molecular Docking of Phytochemicals Targeting GFRs as Therapeutic Sites for Cancer: an In Silico Study

Love Edet Mendie et al.

Summary: Drug delivery in a safe manner is a major challenge in the drug development process. This study focused on exploring bioactive compounds from different plant sources that can target growth factor receptors (GFRs) using in silico methods. The results showed that these phytochemicals have binding energy comparable to standard drugs and potential anticancer activities.
