The sensor was capable of quantifying cTnI using square-wave voltammetry (SWV), cyclic voltammetry (CV), electron impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and amperometry in a wide concentration range. The sensor showed high sensitivity, specificity, and rapid detection time, making it promising for on-site AMI detection.
