Near Infrared Spectroscopy as a Green Technology for the Quality Prediction of Intact Olives

In this study, NIR-MIR diffuse reflectance spectroscopy showed promising accuracy in predicting a variety of macronutrient and micronutrient concentrations in rice plants. Variations in nutrient concentrations in rice plants were influenced by agro-ecological zones and production systems.
