Nrf2/HO-1 pathway is involved the anti-inflammatory action of intrauterine infusion of platelet-rich plasma against lipopolysaccharides in endometritis

Peng Zhang et al.

Summary: PRP intrauterine infusion significantly inhibits endometrial cell injury and alleviates the inflammatory response through activating the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, demonstrating its potential in the treatment of endometrium-associated infertility.

The Effects of Autologous Platelet-Rich Plasma on Pregnancy Outcomes in Repeated Implantation Failure Patients Undergoing Frozen Embryo Transfer: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Leila Nazari et al.

Summary: This study demonstrates that intrauterine infusion of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF) undergoing frozen embryo transfer (FET). The PRP group showed higher rates of chemical pregnancy, clinical pregnancy, and live birth compared to the control group. Additionally, a significantly lower rate of spontaneous abortion was observed in the PRP group.

Efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma in preventing adhesion reformation following hysteroscopic adhesiolysis: a randomized controlled trial

Minghong Shen et al.

Summary: This study investigated the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in reducing adhesion reformation in women with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA). The results from a randomized controlled trial showed that intrauterine PRP infusion following hysteroscopic adhesiolysis could significantly reduce adhesion scores and lower the rate of adhesion reformation after surgery.
