Indicated prevention interventions for anxiety in children and adolescents: a review and meta-analysis of school-based programs

Siobhan Hugh-Jones et al.

Summary: This study reviewed 20 studies and found that school-based indicated programs can have small beneficial effects on reducing anxiety symptoms in children and adolescents, lasting for up to 12 months. There were no significant differences based on intervention intensity or control type.
