Summary: This meta-analysis highlighted the good performance of the ARRS score in predicting renal outcomes in patients with ANCA-GN. The cumulative rate of ESRD increased with higher ARRS categories. The sensitivity and specificity of ARRS & GE; 2 and ARRS & GE; 8 differed, with the former having higher sensitivity and the latter having higher specificity.

Predictors of renal outcomes in crescentic and mixed class of ANCA-associated glomerulonephritis
