The composite materials exhibited excellent oxidation resistance and prominent pore structure compared to pretreated biomass carbon. Additionally, they showed great potential for heavy metal adsorption (Cr(III)) and catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction.

Selective Detection of Fe3+ by Nitrogen-Sulfur-Doped Carbon Dots Using Thiourea and Citric Acid

This is of great significance for their application in environmental monitoring.
