Online fault diagnosis of PV array considering label errors based on distributionally robust logistic regression

Mengyuan Wang et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a robust fault diagnosis method for photovoltaic (PV) arrays, considering label errors in training data. The method uses online data from PV systems to establish the input data for fault diagnosis and extracts fault features from electrical signals under fluctuating conditions. A stochastic optimization problem is formulated for parameter estimation, and a distributionally robust logistic regression method is proposed to handle label errors. The method is tested on real-world PV arrays, showing improved diagnosis accuracy and a high accuracy rate when label error rate is below 4%.

Health status evaluation of photovoltaic array based on deep belief network and Hausdorff distance

Kun Ding et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a method for evaluating the health status of PV arrays using deep belief network (DBN) and Hausdorff distance (HD). By preprocessing and extracting features from the I-V curves, constructing a health indicator using HD and Logistic function, and mapping the HI values to the health grades of the PV array using triangular fuzzy membership function, the proposed method enables accurate evaluation of different states of PV arrays. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the HSE method.
