Summary: This paper introduces a new Multipoint meshless finite difference method, which follows the original Collatz higher order multipoint concept and the essential ideas of the Meshless FDM. The method has been formulated, developed, and tested for various boundary value problems, with the purpose of generalizing its application to nonlinear analysis. The first successful attempt of applying the multipoint technique to geometrically nonlinear problems is discussed, along with considerations for physically nonlinear problems.
