Effect of process parameters over carbon-based ZIF-62 nano-rooted membrane for environmental pollutants separation

Summary: This paper evaluates the use of ZIF-62 metal organic framework nano-hybrid dots for environmental remediation by optimizing the interaction of operating parameters over membranes. The resulting rooted membranes show improved CO2 permeability and CO2/CH4 selectivity. However, the presence of hydrocarbons in gas mixture reduces the membrane's performance, indicating a need for stability testing in real-world applications.
