Validation of the Reference Genes for the Gene Expression Studies in Different Cell Lines of Pig

Summary: This study investigated the expression of 15 reference genes in three pig cell lines and identified the most stable reference gene combinations in each cell line. The findings suggest that only two reference genes are needed for each cell line to standardize the expression of target genes.
