Design and Fabrication of Silicon-Blazed Gratings for Near-Infrared Scanning Grating Micromirror

Summary: This paper presents the design and fabrication of a high diffraction efficiency silicon-blazed grating for spectral analysis instruments. The grating has a diffraction efficiency greater than 33.23% in the spectral range of 800-2500 nm, reaching a maximum of 85.62% at the blaze wavelength of 1180 nm. The grating is integrated into a scanning micromirror to achieve optical splitting and scanning. The results demonstrate high diffraction efficiency for potential near-infrared spectrometer applications.
