This study investigates the generalized time-fractional Cattaneo model and utilizes the homotopy perturbation transform technique to obtain its numerical solution. Stability is analyzed through the Lyapunov function, and error analysis is discussed. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is demonstrated by calculating the L-2 and L-8 error and comparing it with existing techniques.
This work investigates the generalised time-fractional Cattaneo model. The homotopy perturbation transform technique is used to get the numerical solution of this model. The stability is analysed using the Lyapunov function, also the error analysis is discussed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed technique is illustrated by calculating the L-2 and L-8 error and comparing it with the existing techniques.
