Summary: This study aimed to determine the presence of Rickettsiales infection in ticks and birds from the main protected urban area of Buenos Aires City, Argentina. PCR analysis revealed the presence of Rickettsia and Ehrlichia in Amblyomma aureolatum and Ixodes auritulus ticks.
