Evaluation of RT-qPCR Primer-Probe Sets to Inform Public Health Interventions Based on COVID-19 Sewage Tests

Stability of 28 typical prescription drugs in sewer systems and interaction with the biofilm bacterial community

In addition, the loss rate of drugs was higher in aerobic sewers compared to anaerobic sewers, and the species abundance and diversity in biofilms showed different trends under different conditions.

In vitro evaluation of the impact of Covid-19 therapeutic agents on the hydrolysis of the antiviral prodrug remdesivir

Patients carrying the CES1 G143E variant may have slower metabolism and clearance of RDV. Further clinical studies are needed to determine the clinical significance of the CBD-RDV interaction.
