Radiographic Graft Surveillance in Lung Transplantation Prognostic Role of Parametric Response Mapping

Summary: Parametric response mapping (PRM) analysis on high-resolution CT scans can help identify lung transplant patients at risk of progression to CLAD or death, with high PRMfSAD or PRMPD indicating shorter CLAD-free survival times compared to PRMNormal. Radiologist interpretation of air trapping was common but not predictive of CLAD-free survival, while ground-glass opacities were associated with decreased CLAD-free survival.
