An innovative approach to manufacturing flexible decorative wood veneer using EVA film as adhesive and reinforcing materials

X. I. N. H. A. O. ZHANG et al.

Summary: A simple and efficient approach to manufacturing flexible decorative wood veneer using EVA film as adhesive and reinforcing material was proposed. The EVA film reinforced decorative wood veneer showed improved flexibility and tensile strength compared to the original veneer. The EVA film also exhibited better adaptability to moisture content, and the surface bonding strength met the required standards for indoor use.
