The migration of Zn species on Zn/ZSM-5 catalyst during the process of ethylene aromatization

Rui Geng et al.

Summary: In this study, the structure, composition, and evolution manner of Zn species in different reaction stages of ethylene aromatization over Zn-Modified ZSM-5 zeolites were investigated. The results show that the Zn species undergoes reciprocal transformation during the reaction, leading to changes in its composition and catalytic performance. This study provides important insights into the catalytic activity and deactivation mechanism of Zn/ZSM-5 catalysts.

Catalytic synergy between the low Si/Al ratio Zn/ZSM-5 and high Si/Al ratio HZSM-5 for high-performance methanol conversion to aromatics

Tingjun Fu et al.

Summary: Mixing high Si/Al ratio ZSM-5 with low Si/Al ratio Zn/ZSM-5 catalysts efficiently converts methanol to aromatics in two steps, enhancing aromatic selectivity and prolonging catalyst lifetime. Optimizing reaction conditions further improves catalytic performance through catalytic synergy.

Regulating the size and acidity of SAPO-34 zeolites using dual templates to enhance the selectivity of light olefins in MTO

Jihui Yao et al.

Summary: The relationship between the catalytic performance, crystallite size, and acidity of SAPO-34 zeolites was studied by preparing a series of SAPO-34 zeolites with different templates and investigating their properties. The results showed that the templates affected the crystal growth rate and acid sites of the zeolites, with different templates leading to varying crystallite sizes and acid site numbers. The optimal catalytic performance was observed under specific conditions with a certain amount of acid sites and crystallite size.
