Recyclable and ultrasensitive SERS sensing platform: Deposition of atomically precise Ag152 nanoclusters on surface of plasmonic 3D ZnO-NC/AuNP arrays

Junjie Wang et al.

Summary: The study introduces a new strategy to improve the density of hot spots on a SERS substrate by introducing atomically precise Ag nanoclusters. By loading Ag-152 nanoclusters onto ZnO-NC/AuNP arrays, the intensity and density of hot spots on the substrate are further enhanced.

Self-assembled nano-Ag/Au@Au film composite SERS substrates show high uniformity and high enhancement factor for creatinine detection

Ping Wen et al.

Summary: An efficient nano-Ag/Au@Au film composite SERS substrate was proposed for the rapid detection of creatinine in human serum. Finite element simulation analysis and experimental results showed that the substrate had high enhancement factor and low limit of detection for R6G molecules. The label-free detection of human serum creatinine using the SERS substrate demonstrated a low LOD and high linear correlation coefficient, indicating its potential for disease biomarker detection.
