Summary: This paper investigates the -spectra of graphs, presenting the -eigenvalues of some special graphs. It also provides a lower bound on the kth smallest -eigenvalue of graphs, characterizes extremal graphs, and discusses graph transformations on the -spectral radius and extremal graphs with given structure parameters. Finally, it explores properties when two graphs have the same -spectra and proves that several graphs can be determined by their -spectra.
