Summary: In this study, the effects of black soldier fly frass tea on water quality, plant growth, and fish production were investigated. The results showed that the addition of frass tea did not affect water quality or fish growth, but significantly increased the levels of certain minerals. Furthermore, frass tea had no impact on plant production, but did increase the sugar content of sweet chilies.

The results show that the industry is still growing, with a large portion of stakeholders having less than two years of experience. The growth and root development of spring onion and lemongrass in the aquaponic system were significantly influenced by the presence of media.

The Application of Nitrogen Fertilization and Foliar Spraying with Calcium and Boron Affects Growth Aspects, Chemical Composition, Productivity and Fruit Quality of Strawberry Plants

Summary: The experiment showed that applying 50% of the recommended nitrogen dose with a combination of mineral and organic fertilizers, along with foliar spraying of Ca+B at the highest rate, resulted in the best growth performance and fruit quality for strawberry plants. The combination treatment of 50% RDN + 100% organic N with Ca+B at 4 mL/L led to increased plant height, crown and leaf numbers, fresh and dry weight, as well as better nutrient content and fruit quality parameters.
