Assessment of avocado textural changes during ripening by using contactless air-coupled ultrasound

SVC was able to predict freshness levels with high accuracy in mini-Chinese cabbage. This finding could be useful for trade between durian agriculturalists and exporters, as well as for industries producing frozen durian pulp and intact durian fruit for export.
