Analysis of Time to the Hospital and Ambulance Use Following a Stroke Community Education Intervention in China

Summary: In China, prehospital delay in stroke patients is often lengthy. The Stroke 1-2-0 educational campaign was implemented to improve public awareness and prompt early response to stroke symptoms. This study found that the campaign was associated with reduced prehospital delay, increased rates of timely hospital arrival and ambulance utilization among ischemic stroke patients.
