Summary: This study investigated the relationship between PDA management and AKI in very low birthweight neonates. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the odds of AKI among different treatment cohorts, suggesting that the likelihood of AKI may be determined by the underlying physiology of PDA in neonates <1500g.
