The critical behavior of antiskyrmion material Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn was investigated using bulk DC magnetization method. The obtained critical exponents were consistent and verified by Widom scaling relation, indicating a near Landau mean-field behavior in Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn. The reduced magnetization versus reduced magnetic field curves collapsed into two bunches around the Curie temperature T-C, confirming the reliability of the critical exponents.
The critical behavior of antiskyrmion material Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn was systematically investigated by bulk DC magnetization method around the paramagnetic to ferromagnetic phase transition. We obtain critical exponents of beta = 0.478 +/- 0.008, gamma = 1.141 +/- 0.003, and delta = 3.401 +/- 0.019, with Curie temperature T-C similar to 265.6 K via various methods, including modified Arrott plot, Kouvel-Fisher plot, and critical isotherm methods. The critical exponents are self-consistent and verified by Widom scaling relation, indicating a near Landau mean-field behavior occurring in Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn. With these critical exponents, the curves of reduced magnetization versus reduced magnetic field collapse into two bunches around T-C, confirming the reliability of the obtained critical exponents. Additionally, the magnetic exchange interaction in Mn2Rh0.95Ir0.05Sn decays slowly. (c) 2023 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
