The Clinical Trial Outcomes of Med-Zenith PT-Valve in the Treatment of Patients With Severe Pulmonary Regurgitation

Summary: The aim of this study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of endocardial incision and preservation surgery in patients with moderate aortic sinus dilatation and non-dilated left ventricle. The results showed that both endocardial incision and preservation surgery significantly improved the patients' cardiac function and aortic diameter (P <0.01), without major complications.
