A hybrid NOx emission prediction model based on CEEMDAN and AM-LSTM

Xiaowei Wang et al.

Summary: This study proposes a novel NOx concentration prediction model, which decomposes data using CEEMDAN and employs a deep learning network to predict each component separately before integrating to predict NOx concentration. Experimental results demonstrate the model's accuracy and superiority over other methods.

Fault detection for centrifugal chillers using a Kernel Entropy Component Analysis (KECA) method

Yudong Xia et al.

Summary: A kernel entropy component analysis (KECA) method is proposed for chiller fault detection, which outperforms traditional PCA in handling nonlinear processes without Gaussian assumption. Experimental results demonstrate that the KECA method achieves higher detection accuracy in chiller fault detection compared to PCA.

Fault Diagnosis for Electro-Mechanical Actuators Based on STL-HSTA-GRU and SM

Xiaoyu Zhang et al.

Summary: In this study, a novel algorithm combining HSTA-GRU and STL is proposed to predict multiple time-series data for enhanced fault diagnosis of EMAs. By extracting seasonal factors and capturing spatio-temporal relationships among multivariate EMA sensors, the algorithm improves time series prediction and fault classification efficiency.

SVM Based on Gaussian and Non-Gaussian Double Subspace for Fault Detection

Jinyu Guo et al.

Summary: A novel fault detection method of SVM based on Gaussian and non-Gaussian double subspace (DSSVM) is proposed in this study, which divides process variables into Gaussian and non-Gaussian subspaces using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, establishes fault detection models based on PCA and ICA respectively, introduces delay and time difference input characteristics, and combines time delay matrix and time difference matrix for improved fault detection and monitoring. This method effectively reduces data dimensions and eliminates the impact of autocorrelation among process variables on detection results.
