Vacuum Energy in Saez-Ballester Theory and Stabilization of Extra Dimensions

Pheiroijam Suranjoy Singh et al.

Summary: This work explores a spherically symmetric metric within the framework of Saez-Ballester Theory in 5D, focusing on minimal dark energy-matter interaction. The study predicts the dominance of dark energy in the expanding isotropic universe and provides estimates for the deceleration parameter and dark energy equation of state parameter. Additionally, possible conditions for stabilizing extra dimensions in general relativity are proposed.

Bronnikov-like wormholes in Einstein-scalar gravity

Hyat Huang et al.

Summary: In this paper, the authors analyze the global structure of the Bronnikov wormhole and its generalizations, studying the parameters and classifying the solutions. They find that for certain parameters, the wormholes can exhibit regular black holes with a bouncing de Sitter spacetime inside the event horizon.

The study of accelerating DE models in Saez-Ballester theory of gravitation

T. Vinutha et al.

Summary: This study investigates the influence of two fluids, pressureless matter and different types of holographic dark energy, on the spatially homogeneous and anisotropic axially symmetric space-time. The obtained cosmological models with Tsallis, Renyi, and Sharma-Mittal HDE show interesting features such as a transition from deceleration to acceleration phase without assuming any scale factor. The study also examines the cosmic expansion using scalar field and various cosmological parameters, showing different behaviors for different HDE models. Stability analysis confirms the reliability of the Sharma-Mittal HDE model throughout the universe's expansion, with the obtained results matching recent observational data.

Five Dimensional Bianchi Type-I Anisotropic Cloud String Cosmological Model With Electromagnetic Field in Saez-Ballester Theory

Jagat Daimary et al.

Summary: Within the framework of Saez-Ballester theory, this paper explores the interaction between a five-dimensional Bianchi type-I anisotropic cloud string cosmological model Universe and an electromagnetic field. By assuming the energy momentum tensor as the sum of rest energy density and string tension density, the exact solutions to Saez-Ballester equations are obtained using the average scale factor as an integrating function of time. The dynamics and importance of various physical parameters of the model are also examined.

Geodesic deviation in Saez-Ballester theory

S. M. M. Rasouli et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the application of the geodesic deviation equation in a generalized version of the Saéz-Ballester (SB) theory in arbitrary dimensions. We establish a general framework and compute the GD equation and convergence condition in specific cases. We also extend the framework to the modified Saez-Ballester theory (MSBT) and explore its implications for cosmological models.

Cosmological models of generalized ghost pilgrim dark energy (GGPDE) in the gravitation theory of Saez-Ballester

Priyanka Garg et al.

Summary: This paper studies the mechanism of cosmic model in LRS Bianchi type-I space-time with the presence of GGPDE and matter using new holographic DE. Analysis of three scenarios reveals a model with transition state from deceleration to acceleration phase, with cosmological parameters consistent with recent observations. Highlighted discussions include the trajectory of (ω(Lambda)-ω(Lambda)'), quintessence field correspondence with GGPDE, and physical aspects of GGPDE models.

Summary: This study investigates the dynamical behavior of Kaluza-Klein FRW type dark energy cosmological models within the framework of a scalar-tensor theory of gravitation. By solving field equations, three cosmological models are presented with evaluation of various dynamical parameters, showing an accelerated expansion of the universe and reasonable agreement with observational data.

Bianchi type-I cosmological model in Saez-Ballester theory with variable deceleration parameter

R. K. Mishra et al.

Summary: This study investigates the Bianchi type-I cosmological model in the Saez-Ballester theory of gravity with variable deceleration parameter and cosmological constant Lambda. By expressing cosmological parameters in terms of redshift parameter and graphically presenting their dynamical behavior, the study also observes the redshift variation of higher order cosmographic parameters. The outcomes obtained are in agreement with modern cosmological observational data.
