Novel Output Regulation Method for Three-Phase Three-Level Wireless EV Charging System

Yuxin Liu et al.

Summary: This study proposes a three-phase WPT system for EV wireless charging based on a T-type neutral point clamp inverter. The modeling, coil structure, and switching pattern of the proposed system are analyzed in detail. A novel output regulation method based on vector control and a NP voltage balance strategy are proposed to enhance the reliability of the system. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system and control method.
