How Does Implant Survivorship Vary with Different Corail Femoral Stem Variants? Results of 51,212 Cases with Up to 30 Years Of Follow-up from the Norwegian Arthroplasty Register

Silje Marie Melbye et al.

Summary: The Corail cementless stem has been widely used in Norway since 1987 and has good long-term survival rate. The survival rate of the standard collarless Corail stem is high, but other variants such as the standard collared stem and high offset collarless stem have different performance. Factors such as gender, age, surgical approach, diagnosis, and stem size have an impact on the risk of revision for the Corail stem.
