Molecular docking methods and molecular dynamics simulation were used to analyze interactions between enolase-coumarin and enolase-coumarin-substrate complexes. The study suggests that C8 and C9 coumarin derivatives are potential inhibitor candidates for further research towards developing an alternative drug against tropical theileriosis.
