Current Status of the National Health Screening Programs in South Korea

Summary: Health check-ups are an effective way to prevent diseases and maintain health by screening for risk factors and diagnosing diseases early. The National Health Screening Programs (NHSPs) in Korea contribute to improved cancer survival rates and control of chronic diseases. However, there is a need for improvement in various aspects of these programs.
