Relativistic approach to Balazs's thought experiment and the Abraham's form of photon momentum in medium

This paper presents a relativistic approach to the well-known Balazs's thought experiment. Contradicting the special theory of relativity, the Abraham energy-momentum tensor should imply that the Abraham's form of the photon momentum inside the transparent medium violates the special theory of relativity. By relying on a simple Balazs's thought experiment, observed in two inertial frame of references, one motionless and one moving, it was shown that the Abraham's form of the photon momentum inside the transparent medium is in accordance with the special theory of relativity.
A relativistic approach to the well-known Balazs's thought experiment is presented. Being contradictory to the special theory of relativity, the Abraham energy-momentum tensor should lead to that the Abraham's form of the photon momentum inside the transparent medium should violate the special theory of relativity. Relaying on a simple Balazs's thought experiment, observed in two inertial frame of references, one motionless and one moving, it was shown that Abraham's form of the photon momentum inside the transparent medium is in accordance with the special theory of relativity.
