Summary: Ethylene glycol-assisted hydrothermal synthesis was used to prepare SrBi2-yYyNb2-xVxO9 ceramics. Various techniques were employed to analyze their crystal structure, microstructure, and dielectric properties. The compounds exhibited an orthorhombic structure without secondary phases, but no correlation was found between lattice parameters and V/Y ratios. FTIR and SEM analyses revealed slight differences among the samples, and 0.05/0.1 or 0.1/0.05 ratios enhanced the dielectric properties at room temperature.
