Dissipative constraint-based control design for singular semi-Markovian jump systems using state decomposition approach

Summary: This paper proposes a unified control design for a class of singular semi-Markovian jump systems with a time-varying delay in the state vector. The addressed system is decomposed into differential-algebraic form with new state vectors, and a mode-dependent augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed. The desired stochastic admissibility and dissipative conditions are obtained, and a relationship for determining the mode-dependent gain parameters of the proposed state feedback control is given.

Summary: This paper considers the problems of stochastic admissibility, extended dissipativity analysis, and dynamical output feedback controller design for interval type-2 singular semi-Markovian jump fuzzy systems. An improved approach of handling the time-varying transition rates is proposed using the partition method and matrix decomposition technique. A sufficient condition with less conservatism is established to guarantee the closed-loop system's regularity, impulse-free property, mean square exponential stability, and extended dissipativity. A dynamical output feedback control scheme is proposed by utilizing a vital result inspired by the Projection lemma, without introducing conservatism in controller design.
