Ultralight flexible perovskite solar cells

Summary: This study demonstrates the fabrication of ultrathin FPSCs using a flip-over transferring process on parylene-C substrates. The use of an ITGZO film as the bottom transparent electrode leads to a remarkable PCE of 20.2%, comparable to that of common FPSCs. The research highlights the great potential of parylene-C films in the fabrication of efficient, ultrathin, and ultralight solar cells.

Nonplanar Spray-Coated Perovskite Solar Cells

Summary: This study explores the feasibility of using ultrasonic spray coating technology to fabricate perovskite solar cells on rigid nonplanar surfaces. The researchers found that devices fabricated on glass substrates held at angles of inclination up to 45 degrees from the horizontal exhibited comparable power conversion efficiencies to those fabricated on horizontal substrates. This study represents the first successful fabrication of rigid curved perovskite solar cells.
