Electrospun nanofibers modified with Ni-MOF for electrochemiluminescent determination of glucose

Juan Lu et al.

Summary: A novel ECL sensor for glucose detection was developed using Au nanoparticles, Ni metal-organic frameworks nanofibers, and glucose oxidase. The sensor showed a synergistic effect of Ni-MOF NFs and Au NPs, resulting in amplified ECL signals for glucose determination. Ni-MOF NFs were also found to serve as an ECL accelerator for glucose detection. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity and a wide detection range.
