A Photoacoustic-Fluorescent Imaging Probe for Proteolytic Gingipains Expressed by Porphyromonas gingivalis

The probe showed significant photoacoustic enhancement and fluorescence activation, with low detection limits. Additionally, photoacoustic imaging of the probe was achieved in murine brains ex vivo.
