Predictors of Uncertainty and Unwillingness to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccine in Men Who Have Sex with Men in France

Summary: This study analyzed the factors associated with uncertainty and unwillingness to vaccinate against COVID-19 in MSM living in France. The results showed that lower education level, low health literacy level, financial hardship, being under 30 years of age, and living in a rural area were independently associated with uncertainty and unwillingness. HIV-positive MSM were less likely to report vaccination uncertainty and unwillingness.

Monkeypox Knowledge and Vaccine Hesitancy of Czech Healthcare Workers: A Health Belief Model (HBM)-Based Study

Summary: This study conducted a survey among healthcare workers in the Czech Republic to assess their knowledge and vaccination perceptions regarding HMPXV. The results showed that healthcare workers had low levels of knowledge about HMPXV and held misconceptions. Vaccination acceptance was also relatively low. The study calls for public health practitioners and policymakers to take action to improve healthcare workers' knowledge and attitudes, and further research on HMPXV vaccine acceptance among the general population.
