Continuous education programs emphasizing the importance of accurate MAEs reporting and the implementation of effective, non-punitive rules are essential to prevent medication errors.

Risk Perception and Coping Behavior of Construction Workers on Occupational Health Risks-A Case Study of Nanjing, China

Summary: This study analyzed the occupational health risk perception and coping behavior levels of construction workers in Nanjing and found that construction workers have a high level of risk perception but a low level of coping behavior. Factors such as gender, age, education level, unit qualification, personal knowledge, and group effects significantly influence the level of risk perception and subsequently affect coping behavior. Education level, monthly income, and personal knowledge also influence coping behavior through risk perception. Recommendations were proposed to improve risk perception and coping behavior from the perspectives of construction workers, enterprises, and governments, providing valuable insights for the field of occupational health and risk management.
