Thrombosis in IBD in the Era of JAK Inhibition

Biologics appear to have a protective role against thrombosis, while JAK inhibitors may raise concerns about increased risk. Ozanimod as Induction and Maintenance Therapy for Ulcerative Colitis

Summary: In a phase 3 trial, ozanimod was found to be more effective than placebo in treating patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis, with significantly higher rates of clinical remission during both the induction and maintenance periods.
