This paper explores the direct relationship between business ethics diffusion and innovation performance, as well as the mediating role of service innovation and the moderating role of knowledge-sharing. The study uses quantitative research methods and collects cross-sectional data from hotels and tourism firms. The results indicate a direct link between business ethics diffusion and innovation performance. Service innovation acts as a mediator between these two variables, while knowledge-sharing moderates their relationship significantly. Service innovation plays a crucial role in enhancing innovation capabilities in the hospitality and tourism industry. The findings also highlight the importance of knowledge-sharing in amplifying the effects of business ethics diffusion on innovation performance.
This paper examines the direct relationship between business ethics diffusion and innovation performance. The current study shows that knowledge-sharing enhances the effects of business ethics diffusion on innovation performance. The theoretical model enlightens the critical role of business ethics diffusion in promoting a high level of service innovation among individuals to boost innovation performance for the hospitality and tourism industry.
