Versatile self-assembled electrospun micro-pyramid arrays for high-performance on-skin devices with minimal sensory interference

Jia-Han Zhang et al.

Summary: This study develops versatile electrospun micropyramid arrays (EMPAs) combined with ultrathin, ultralight, gas-permeable structures through a self-assembly technology. The designable self-assembly allows optimization of EMPAs for various on-skin devices, such as daytime radiative cooling, pressure sensing, and bioenergy harvesting. EMPAs also enable ultraweak fingertip pulse detection and reliable biomechanical energy harvesting.
