Distributed output tracking of nonlinear multi-agent systems perturbed by second-order moment processes

Hui Wang et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the distributed output tracking problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems perturbed by second-order moment processes. New distributed tracking control laws are designed and it is shown that the output tracking errors can be tuned arbitrarily small while all states of the closed-loop system remain bounded in probability. The effectiveness of the tracking controller is demonstrated through a simulation example.

Observer-Based Finite-Time Adaptive Fuzzy Control for Nontriangular Nonlinear Systems With Full-State Constraints

Huaguang Zhang et al.

Summary: This article discusses finite-time adaptive fuzzy output-feedback control for a class of nontriangular nonlinear systems. Fuzzy-logic systems and fuzzy state observer are used to approximate uncertain nonlinear functions and estimate unmeasurable states, while techniques like barrier Lyapunov function and dynamic surface technique are applied to handle algebraic loop problem and complexity explosion. The proposed control design ensures system stability and effective control performance.

Delay-Dependent H∞ Guaranteed Cost Control for Uncertain Switched T-S Fuzzy Systems With Multiple Interval Time-Varying Delays

Shaoxin Sun et al.

Summary: This article focuses on delay-dependent H-infinity guaranteed cost control for uncertain switched Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with multiple interval time-varying delays. A fault tolerant control (FTC) is proposed for nonlinear systems subject to measurement noise, external disturbances, nonlinear functions, and intermittent faults in sensors and actuators, aiming to achieve exponential stability. The introduced piecewise fuzzy Lyapunov function with slack matrices and cluster of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) provide less conservatism in comparison to existing fault tolerant controllers.

Bipartite Finite Time and Fixed Time Output Consensus of Heterogeneous Multiagent Systems Under State Feedback Control

Lili Hao et al.

Summary: This brief addresses the bipartite output consensus problem for heterogeneous linear multi-agent systems with cooperative and antagonistic interactions, utilizing a signed graph to represent the relationships among agents. It introduces finite time output consensus using an output regulation approach for MASs with different dynamics, and further proposes a fixed time output consensus protocol for HL-MASs with signed graph under the state compensator. Two numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical results.

Containment Control of Semi-Markovian Multiagent Systems With Switching Topologies

Hongjing Liang et al.

Summary: This article addresses the issue of containment control in continuous-time semi-Markovian multiagent systems with semi-Markovian switching topologies. Two classic control schemes are utilized, dynamic and static containment control, with controllers designed using the LMI method. Consideration is given to random switching topologies, partly unknown transition rates, and generally uncertain transition rates, making the results applicable to practical situations. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical approach.
